In 2015 we celebrate our 10th Anniversary. Since the beginning our aim was to create a club that would teach the Dynamic Martial Art of Taekwon-Do and focus on developing students to, not alone be able to defend themselves but also to give them self esteem and self confidence. Whereas the physical side of Taekwon-Do has many benefits it is not enough to just practice this side alone. We are members of the Irish National Taekwon-Do Association (INTA) Master O'Toole and Master Val Douglas (VIII Degree) who lead the constitutionally elected board of the Association and oversee its smooth running and day to day activities. These activities include; gradings, seminars, instructors classes and competitions serving the entire membership consisting over 25 clubs spanning Dublin, Cork, Kildare, Laois, Louth and Meath. We are members also of the International Taekwon-Do Federation, one of the worlds largest Taekwon-Do organisations.

My son had no interest in other sports and we looked for a long time for something that would interest him. He took straight away to Mr. Gannons welcoming style of teaching and the positive atmosphere in the clubParent of 11 year old boy
The high focus on safety at the club put our mind at ease, it was our first time allowing our daughter to practice a martial art but we were so happy with her progress. I really liked the emphasis on self defence.Parents of 7 year old girl
Our sons interest has been maintained, something several other activities have failed to achieve, they are very competitive and there seems to be a lot of opportunity for competitions in the club.Parents of 11 and 12 year old boys
